Our tubes are proudly manufactured in Toronto, Canada and Centerville, Tennessee. The team at Tubular Steel Inc. is dedicated to delivering quality tubes on time with a customer service experience comparable to none. With process control as our guiding light, we are organized, timely, and predictable. Our quality system is our DNA and permeates throughout our processes and people. Machine operators, material handlers, shipping personnel, and maintenance staff are all trained to identify potential quality issues as they happen and address them before the tubes ever leave our facilities. Quality Lab
Tubular Steel Inc.’s quality laboratory is a controlled environment under constant monitoring. We are capable of verifying all mechanical attributes of the tubes we manufacturer. Our talented team is qualified to perform verifications of mechanical, physical, and dimensional properties.
Tooling Management Systems
Tooling is one of the most important components of any manufacturing process. That is why we have a state-of-the-art tool management system, which ensures we produce quality parts. Our engineers carefully manage and track every aspect of our tooling maintenance, labeling and storage procedures. We have many industry exclusive systems to ensure our tooling is able to consistently produce the best quality tubes with the tightest tolerances possible.
Our tooling is designed to impose the least possible stress on the steel strip while forming and reducing the tube. Customers get excellent formability and uniformity of mechanical properties when fabricating our tubes.
